SHIPPING POLICY: If you are interested in
purchasing a golf cart from our on-line store, You MUST call for a
shipping quote. All orders are processed upon
receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of
merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within
2-3 business days of receiving your order. PLEASE NOTE: No orders
are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We ship via UPS Ground (3 to 5 days most locations in the United States. (Please remember to exclude weekends and holidays when estimating shipping arrival).
RETURN POLICY: Please read carefully, failure
to follow these terms could result in a denial of a return or
exchange. Any returns without a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) will be refused. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% unless the return is due to an error of our shipping department. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS ground service. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
